Recently, it seems like Google AdSense make some changes about its policy violations. I have also encountered this issue personally yesterday and this specific policy violation named Google-served ads on screens without publisher-content confused me a lot at the moment I saw this violation.

Because from most of the common Google AdSense policy violations I encountered before, regardless of personally or through the questions asked in Google AdSense community and Quora, Google-served ads on screens without publisher-content never appear before October 2021.
